- Fixed missing events from Committee Notification message
- Fixed loading of committee-years and action-buttons on committee page
- Changed action button navigation to avoid reloading page if linking to internal page on site
- Removed /year paths on prior committee years as this was creating a url that pointed to a false year level that did not resolve to a real page.
