Migrated Expense Notifications from Mailchimp to Brevo

• Uses identical pattern to Walk notifications now 100% driven from automation, using a new Brevo Template called fully-automated-text-body.
• New Notification Configuration for Expense Notification mapped on "Built-in Process Mappings" tab on admin/mail-settings page
• Fixed receipt upload error in expense modal dialog that caused the uploaded data to not be reflected in the expense claim

Walk Change Notifications Bug fixes:

• Walk Change Notifications members were not previously being notified
• Restart password flow improved, so that original dialog is cleared before navigating to new dialog
• Mailing Preferences checkboxes fixed
• Disabled checkbox now styled in grey rather than default blue
• added 25% column width to walk change table
• added markdown support on email notification for longerDescription

Other Bug fixes and refinements:

• Fixed incorrect svg width/height incorrect on swiper
• Fixed svg disabled colour
