###  Migrated Expense Notifications from Mailchimp to Brevo 
 * Uses identical pattern to Walk notifications now 100% driven from automation, using a new Brevo Template called fully-automated-text-body.
 * New Notification Configuration for Expense Notification mapped on "Built-in Process Mappings" tab on admin/mail-settings page
 * Fixed receipt upload error in expense modal dialog that caused the uploaded data to not be reflected in the expense claim
###  Walk Change Notifications Bug fixes:
* Walk Change Notifications members were not previously being notified
* Restart password flow improved, so that original dialog is cleared before navigating to new dialog
* Mailing Preferences checkboxes fixed
* Disabled checkbox now styled in grey rather than default blue
* added 25% column width to walk change table
* added markdown support on email notification for longerDescription
###  Other Bug fixes and refinements:
* Fixed incorrect svg width/height incorrect on swiper
* Fixed svg disabled colour
