- Added Committee Ramblers campaign notification
- This matches format of campaign sent out by head office, and contains repeatable section per event with:
  * Automatic insertion of first image uploaded on Walks manager
  * Event title, information and links
  * Yellow call-to-action button at base of section allowing view of walk on website
- requires new [ramblers-campaign](https://my.brevo.com/template/_6dF8I7gHV_Hy3IoOJ30m895VzzgRyp3V0q.q3WCNJ73atz._xJTO8epTA) to be added to Brevo Account and set as the template for all campaign email configurations
- For walks that are populated locally, if media is detected as being uploaded to Walks Manager that does not exist on local walk, this is copied across automatically to local walk and used as image source for Ramblers campaign notification
- Fixed error in walks export
- Allow Mail Settings to be displayed/changed if there is a configuration error
- Walk Listing - Fixed hours until next walk badge when walk is next day
- Dynamic content:
  - Fixed Insert Column to right enablement
  - When Album name being edited, text field fills remaining column width
- Fixed selection of tag in image list edit
- App no longer does full refresh as querystring parameters not changed on change of tag
