Support for querying group events from Ramblers Walks Manager

Note that this is an interim solution pending the development of a dedicated "Events" row type that can be added to a dynamic content page allowing specific type(s) of events to be filtered. An action button view will also be selectable which is more consistent with the built-in social page for NGX-Ramblers

• If a group publishes group events to walks manager, these are now queried and rendered on the walks page.
• On the walks page, the leftmost type column indicates whether the event is a group event or a group walk for example:

• When the group event is expanded, the detail view shows only fields that are relevant to this event type, so distance and grade are omitted and walk organiser is mapped into the walk leader fields. Location and grid reference are mapped into the walk start fields.
• The organiser name will be rendered in the walk details panel if this is specified on the group event for example.
