#  17th April 2025 — Assistance dogs only feature editing

**Note that this release only applies to groups that have local walk population.**

- On the Walk Edit Page on the Features tab,  "Assistance dogs allowed" feature has been renamed to "Assistance dogs only" for clarity and is now a selectable feature for locally populated walks.
- If a walk with "Assistance dogs only" feature is published to Walks Manager, a suffix is added to the walk description if the text "Assistance dogs only" is not already found. A screenshot of what this view looks like is shown below:

- Some preparation has been done to reformat the walk description from markdown to HTML, however this has not been enabled yet due to https://ramblers.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/256198.
- Until the above issue is resolved, Markdown links are converted into a more human-readable form.
