An example of this can be seen at the bottom of [this page](https://www.ekwg.co.uk/walks/weekends-away/shropshire-may-2025). The following fields can be edited when the page is put into site edit mode: \n- Ramblers Event Type(s) (although only Social Events are currently rendered - this will be expanded to all event types on following release)\n- From/To Date for events - all events between these dates are then rendered in the row\n- Max Columns (1-4)\n\nAn example of a screenshot of the above page in site edit mode is shown below:\n\n![](https://ngx-ramblers.org.uk/api/aws/s3/site-content/7ba8b259-4bf0-4a11-9725-e9b9e0dedac8.jpg)\n\n### Support for editing images on local walks\nWhen a walk leader or administrator is editing a walk, on the **Images** tab, it's now possible to specify **Image Selection** as **Local**, which permits full image editing. This is useful for the walk leader to submit walks of the reccie or images from a previous similar walk to better advertise the walk and make it more attractive. See screenshot below of what this looks like:\n\n![](https://ngx-ramblers.org.uk/api/aws/s3/site-content/8b83552c-4bc2-406a-ae3a-705340a39cc8.jpg)\n\n- **add** button appears on the left hand side which when clicked, opens an editing area at the bottom of the screen allowing selection of an image which can be uploaded, cropped and resized and previewed.\n- When the image is correct, the save button is clicked and the image will be added to the list of images for this walk.\n- Any number of images can be added to the walk in the above way.\n- Walk Image reorder and delete buttons are also displayed along the top of the image list\n- During this release, support was added for heic image conversion to jpeg when a file is dropped. This format is often used when a file is dragged from Apple photos directly into the file drop area. Previously this would have caused an error and the file would not be imported.\n\n### Dynamic Content Fixes\n- Rows with zero columns are displayed in view mode (they were previously filtered out)\n- First Text Column can now be deleted (previously this was not possible)\n### Other Fixes\n- Fixed copy of link to clipboard in social edit component\n- Removed some unused fields in front and backend within walk object","contentHtml":"
7th May 2025 — Dynamic Content Events Configuration & Local Walks Image Management
\n
Build #149
\n
Support for configuration of the Events Row Type in Dynamic Content
\n
It's now possible to add an events Row to any dynamic content page and customise the view to show only the events required.
