# 24-Nov-2025 — Ci and Agm-stats: 3 fixes [#91](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/issues/91)

## [build 368](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/actions/runs/19628849119) — [commit fe28a9c](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/commit/fe28a9c04739d2c5c1c93f1b07368bb04e822e6f)

_____

- Remove continue-on-error from deploy job so matrix failures fail the workflow
- Add fail-fast: false to allow all deployments to attempt even if one fails
- Add max-parallel: 3 to limit concurrent deployments and reduce API rate limiting
- Increase health check timeout from 5s to 10s to accommodate load spikes

### **agm-stats**: Expense refinement:

- Each expense claim is now allocated purely by its paid date (and unpaid by item expense date), but the split between “Nov 2023–2024” and “Nov 2024–2025” is now based on precise 1‑year steps from the selected range (typically “current date minus N years” → “current date”)
- The Expense Summary columns and the detailed payee breakdowns now align exactly with the intended AGM‑year boundaries defined by the current date range selected

### **agm-stats**: Refine numbers:

- walks: ensure morning, evening, unfilled slots add up to total walks on programme for the selected year
- socials: Only list social events for the last year in the detail table
