21-May-2026 — See a member's email history without leaving NGX #279

build 653commit fa09521

A member's email history, in NGX

Open a member's record and click the Email & subscriptions tab to see their whole email picture without opening Brevo in a separate tab: whether emails are getting through (or have bounced, unsubscribed or been blocked), how they have engaged with recent newsletters, and the individual emails sent to them over the last 90 days.

The contact view inside a member's record: subscription and list status, the campaign totals (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed), and a timeline of individual emails you can preview in place.

See who was left out of a send, and why

When a pre-filter such as "Added in last 1 month" builds a recipient list, it leaves out anyone who has already been sent that same email. Previously they simply vanished, so you could be faced with something baffling like "0 of 107 selected" and no idea why.

Now an alert above the list tells you how many were held back and the reason: they have already been sent this email. You can expand it to see their names and the dates they were last sent it, along with the date range covered. If you do want to reach them again, tick "Re-send to members already sent this email" and they are added back into the list.

The Recipients step. When a pre-filter holds members back because they were already sent this email, the count, the affected names and the re-send option appear here, above the list.

The Recipients step. The "Re-send to members already sent this email" checkbox can optionally be overriden to allow a resend of an email to chosen recipients if this is needed

Address picker and catch-all settings

The box for adding email addresses now behaves the same in Inbound Forwarding, Contact Us and the catch-all rule. The catch-all also shows whether its forwarding is up to date, with a button to redeploy it. Importantly, saving the catch-all no longer risks deleting forwarding that one of your roles depends on, which could previously have broken incoming email to that role.
