- Expose GmailInboxSetupStepKey enum to the template so the External
Systems > Mail tab no longer throws "Cannot read properties of
undefined (reading 'CLOUD_PROJECT')" and fails to render.
- Make the "System Settings > External Systems > Mail" text in the
inbox "No role mailboxes connected" alert a routerLink to the
external-systems mail tab.
- Give the Google Cloud setup error alert a warning icon and bold
title, and stop the constructor double-prefixing the title.
- Reword the push-receiver-URL error message.
