Following some testing of the new document viewing and emailing workflow a couple of bugs were fixed:

- Improve the committee document editing workflow by keeping document actions and the TipTap toolbar visible while editing longer composed documents.
- Ensure committee document links in email composer previews, campaigns and transactional sends wait for page-path resolution before capturing email HTML, and fail safely if a composed document page cannot be resolved.
