What's new

Walk-change emails and the History tab now describe each changed field in friendly language that walk leaders and coordinators can understand. Complex details such as images, locations, publishing choices and risk assessments are summarised without exposing internal data, while the complete technical audit remains available for rollback and diagnostics.

At a glance

• Shows relatable From and To values for recipient-facing emails and walk history.
• Groups repeated image descriptions so image changes remain concise.
• Shows each risk-assessment section, its confirmation state and any entered notes.
• Formats walk grade, start time and distance using familiar website conventions.
• Refers to the person making the change as “you” when they receive their own notification.
• Keeps internal-only changes out of friendly summaries without removing them from the underlying audit.
