28-Jul-2026 — contact-us button builder and TipTap editor improvements (ref #338, #303)

build 800commit 7b38ccc

What's new

You can add and edit Contact Us buttons from the visual editor without typing query strings. Open the envelope control on the TipTap toolbar, pick a committee role, set the link name, and insert or update a button. Redirect always returns to the page you are editing. Existing contact buttons open the same builder so you can change them later. The system Contact Us role is not offered as a target (avoids a feedback loop).

Site edit columns keep a clear frame again. Clicking a contact button or body link no longer navigates away: the link bar or contact builder opens so you can view or change the destination. Relative site paths and contact-us query links can be applied and kept. The link bar fits narrow columns with proper form controls.

Committee document editing keeps the save bar and TipTap toolbar usable while scrolling. Site edit page actions stay available while you scroll long pages. Mermaid fenced code blocks can show a live diagram preview in the editor, with a control to reveal the source. Editable text shows a clear click-to-edit cue, and the toolbar includes inline code next to bold and italic.
