The not-approved alert no longer shares a cramped single row with the action buttons, so the walks coordinator's name is always fully shown. It takes its own row only when the Back to Walks alert is also present, otherwise it sits inline and fills the rest of the row. Publish is now disabled until the walk is approved, with a tooltip explaining why.
