Head Office supporter attributes arrived and validated but were then lost: the mapper dropped several fields, the Member schema had no slots for the consent/preference flags, AUDIT_FIELDS never applied them, and no screen showed them.

• map membershipJoinDate/EndDate, volunteerRoles and post/phone consent timestamps in salesforce-member-mapper
• add the missing supporter fields to the Member interface and Mongo schema
• add all Head Office fields to AUDIT_FIELDS so a supporter sync applies and audits them onto the member record
• add a read-only "Head office supporter data" section to the member modal's Ramblers Membership tab
