What's new

Supporter details supplied by Head Office were being received but not kept: several fields were dropped on the way in, and the ones that were stored appeared on no screen. All of them are now saved against the member record and shown in Member Management, so you can see what Head Office holds for a member without leaving the site.

At a glance

• Membership join and end dates, volunteer roles and postal and telephone consent dates are all saved
• A read-only Head office supporter data section appears on the Ramblers Membership tab of a member's record
• Changes arriving from Head Office are recorded in the member's audit history, as other membership changes already are
