05-Aug-2026 — Mail Reports for transactional sends, composer recipient mode, and role delete control #279
What's new
Mail Reports now separates Campaigns and Transactional views, shows who actually received transactional mail (grouped by send action), and lets you open the stored content without leaving the page. Inbox digests such as "1 new inbox message for…" are treated as noise and hidden by default. The email composer keeps list-subset and transactional recipient choices when you reuse a Sent item as a template, and committee role delete is a plain trash control without a heavy button frame.
At a glance
- Switch between Campaigns and Transactional so you only look at one kind of send at a time
- Transactional "who was sent mail" lists real recipients, grouped by send (composer batch, reply, and so on)
- Origin chips for inbox reply, composer send, and inbox digest
- Inbox digests stay off the list unless you turn on Show inbox digests
- View opens the Brevo-stored HTML in the same draggable modal used for attachment previews
- Escape, backdrop click, and Close all dismiss the preview; inbox replies can jump to the conversation
- Zero-value stats tiles are not shown
- Reusing a Sent email as a template no longer forces whole-list campaign mode; recipient radios stay available for branded sends
- Committee role delete uses a borderless trash control that stays clear next to other actions
