# 19-Aug-2026 — named rooms, next-meeting banner, unlimited public calls and worker notes [ref #357](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/issues/357)

## [build 840](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/actions/runs/32278459226) — [commit 42eb8f0](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/commit/42eb8f0c5c4f808f93f67fc9af280108089181c5)

## What's new

Video meetings now look and behave like the rest of the site: the same frames, checkboxes and alert panel, a real meeting name instead of a random room slug, and a banner that lists the next AGM and committee meeting rather than offering to plan another. Clicking one of those meetings opens the calendar on that date with the invite already up. Public Jitsi meetings now open on Jitsi's own page, so the call is not cut off after five minutes. In-app meetings can write notes from the call automatically, and that write-up runs on the integration worker, not in the browser.

## At a glance

- System Settings checkboxes match the rest of that screen
- Start and Join sit in the usual heading frames
- Every notice on Video meetings uses the same peach alert panel
- Join stays off until there is a room name or a meeting link
- The banner shows AGM and Committee Meeting when those types exist, with a link to Committee Settings for the frequency
- Clicking a listed meeting selects that date and type and opens the plan popup
- The on-screen meeting name is the meeting title
- A public-host meeting is no longer embedded, so Jitsi does not end it after five minutes
- The notes panel can write minutes from captions, chat and handwritten notes
- Automatic notes stay as one updating AI entry
- The model runs on the integration worker when that worker is configured
