Project skills now live in git under .claude/skills, so a fresh clone has the same procedures. They are written for any local checkout, including a single-group contributor bundle: CMS login and Mongo access are resolved at run time, and examples no longer assume one group's site, paths or database. CMS username and password are not stored in the skill files. On a maintainer checkout they can be looked up from the platform environments document; on a contributor checkout they come from CMS_USERNAME / CMS_PASSWORD for a contentAdmin member on that environment.
