21-Aug-2026 — create configurable What’s new in NGX updates ref #358
build 841 — commit 697cf3b
What's new
Platform administrators can now turn curated release notes into consumer-friendly What’s new in NGX emails covering the complete selected period. Updates organise important capabilities into distinct email, non-email and platform-management areas, prioritise meaningful user benefits over technical noise, distinguish genuinely new features from improvements, and keep every statement connected to the release notes that support it. Different audiences can have their own saved configuration, reporting period and recipient selection without rebuilding the website.
At a glance
- Save several update configurations with their own period, content choices, coverage, images and audience
- Generate broad summaries instead of one entry per release note, with email and non-email subjects kept separate
- Give major features such as the email composer, mobile route following and social-media publishing appropriate prominence
- Cover the whole chosen date range and link each subject to accurate newest-first supporting release notes
- See the previous update and its exact release-note links, or include previously covered notes again for a one-off rerun
- Add relevant images found in release-note content and replace them from a reusable website-image picker while composing
- Keep controls locked behind one central animated progress message until drafting and navigation finish
- Review, edit and send the rich-text result manually; successful sends leave cleanly and appear in the inbox with their full rendered content
- Open Gemini usage, API-key, billing and log pages from the shared platform administration details
