Each shared service now sits in an equal-height card (max two across on narrow, three when wide), the per-field chip reads 'Global', and each card's quick-links align in a footer strip. Adds a Global/Site-specific/All visibility toggle, keeps a selected system when the environment changes, and flags on Site values when the same value is held across multiple environments.
