What's new
Video meetings now start with a clear Join step on phones, tablets and in-app browsers, so camera and microphone permission is not skipped. Meeting notes open in the same large dialog used for committee invites, with a typed note and an automatic write-up from chat and any notes already taken.
At a glance
- iPhone, iPad and in-app browsers get a Join screen before the call starts
- Guests are told to use Safari or Chrome rather than Mail or Facebook
- Notes sit in a sizeable dialog, not a cramped side panel
- Manually add a note, or automatically capture notes from chat and typed notes
- Automatic capture writes as soon as you switch it on, then about every minute
- The notes dialog stays open so you can see the write-up
- The Notes button pulses while capture is running
