What's new
When we email a member who holds a committee role, the message now goes to the role address rather than their personal inbox. Replies stay on the role mailbox. Password-reset and login emails still go to the personal address, because those need to be readable without signing in.
At a glance
- Walk and expense notifications to a committee member use the role address
- The Email Composer sends to the role address for selected committee members
- Member-sync and booking mail do the same when the recipient holds a committee role
- Password-reset and login emails stay on the personal address
- If they hold more than one role, the first role that has an email is used
