The newsletter and platform-update starting points are now one set of choices rather than two separate panels, with the platform update offered only where platform management is available.\n\nThe Mail area gains a single Messages / Conversations toggle that controls grouping across every folder, Outlook-style, and remembers your choice. On mobile the mailbox banner can be dismissed and clears itself shortly after you switch folders.\n\n## At a glance\n\n- The drafted-intro and approved-walks-only options save correctly and appear in the composer when sending, adjustable per email\n- Starting a newsletter or a platform update is now one set of radio choices with a single action, instead of two separate panels\n- One Messages / Conversations toggle applies to every mail folder and is remembered between visits\n- Conversation rows show the real recipient of forwarded mail, never the behind-the-scenes mailbox address\n- The mailbox banner on mobile can be closed and clears itself shortly after switching folders\n- Tighter, consistent spacing above and below the mail toolbar and panes","contentHtml":"
29-Aug-2026 — composer drafting options, unified newsletter/update entry and Mail polish #368
\n
build 861 — commit e857664
\n
\n
What's new
\n
The Email Composer's drafted-intro options - offering an intro written from the coming events, and limiting it to approved walks - now save reliably and are shown at the point of sending, so the person sending can adjust them per email.
