The same choice appears when they first confirm their profile on login. Committee can email members about it, see who has opted out, who last changed it, and filter the member list to those people.\n\n## At a glance\n\n- A Photos and video page on the member profile, with one checkbox that is off by default\n- The first-login profile confirmation includes the same checkbox\n- Visiting that page while signed out opens login, or set-password if they have never logged in, then returns to the page\n- A Photographs and video email in Email Composer explains the setting and how to get a website login\n- Last change shows who made it and when, on the profile page and on the member admin record\n- Member Admin can filter to opted-out members, with All Members first in the filter list","contentHtml":"
