## What's new

The inbox told everyone "No role mailboxes connected" and sent them to System Settings, even on a site with a connected mailbox and dozens of conversations. The usual cause is the person holding no committee role, often because the role still points at a member record that was later deleted. The inbox now distinguishes the cases: mailboxes exist but none are shared with you, a direct-to-inbox site with no roles, or genuinely no mailbox connected. Each links to the place that fixes it, and the last one now goes to Mail Settings, Inbox.

The "Cloudflare Web Analytics skipped" line no longer appears in the console on development builds.
