What's new

Upload History now shows how each member appeared in the change: created, updated, skipped or failed. After a bulk load you can send one email to the committee covering that session, instead of copying them on every new-member welcome. The summary is opt-in: it only appears once the mapping is set up in Mail Settings, and nothing is sent until you confirm.

At a glance

• Members uploaded has a Member Action column with the same Created, Updated, Skipped and Error icons as the filter
• The Member Action filter and name search apply to both Members uploaded and Member Actions
• Upload History offers Send committee summary for the selected session once the Member bulk load summary mapping is set in Mail Settings
• The email lists new members, updates with a short field summary, and failures; skipped members are a count only
• Recipients are the roles you choose on the Member bulk load summary notification in Mail Settings; none are preselected
• Welcome emails to new members are unchanged
