What's new
The statistics report can now use committee meetings and AGMs as reporting boundaries, removing the need to look up and enter their dates before a committee meeting. AGM Statistics treats the reporting period as a proper date range: last years, all time, since a committee meeting, or between two meetings. The dates, meeting and chart sit in the address bar so a report can be sent as a link. Since a committee meeting is compared with the meeting before it, not a calendar year. Local programmes count miles and returning leaders from the walks that were actually led, including drafts, and Walks Manager programmes stay on Walks Manager walks.
Chosen report areas can be emailed to selected committee roles using the dates currently shown. The email has an optional introduction that appears above the figures, a "Send to committee role addresses" switch matching the composer so personal addresses can be used instead, and two attachment options: the Excel workbook with every report area, and a CSV of just the report areas ticked for the email. The preview updates as the introduction is typed, and the recipient line says which kind of address will be used.
The report's detailed tables can go with the email and its files: the walk lists (slots not filled, morning, cancelled and evening walks), the new, top and aggregate leader tables, the social events and organisers, the unpaid expenses and the paid expenses by claimant for each period. Walk and social event titles keep their links, pointing at the public site so they work from anyone's inbox. The Excel workbook always includes the tables as extra sheets, one per table, with the titles as clickable links, and Save to Excel does the same. An "Include the detailed tables in the email and CSV" option adds them beneath each summary in the email body and to the CSV, with the preview updating as you tick it. The first column of every summary table, previously headed "Metric", now reads "Statistic" in the email, the CSV and the workbook.
