# 04-Sep-2026 — seed risk assessment wording and let groups edit the sections [ref #381](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/issues/381)

## [build 877](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/actions/runs/33817828838) — [commit f5b01e8](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/commit/f5b01e80abced03bb2252f7a7630f2e2389a21e6)

## What's new

Walk risk assessment is one group document that leaders review when they create a walk, not a blank tab and not a separate page. Sites that were missing the heading and five section prompts now get that wording, new sites get it by default, and Walk Configuration has a Risk Assessment tab so a group can add, rename, remove or reorder as many sections as it wants. Each section on that tab sits in the same framed heading as Walk details page display, with the title and move or delete actions together on the frame. The heading's Read more about guidance for group walks link goes to the current Head office coronavirus advice page. Each walk still stores the leader's acknowledgement, and a walk cannot be approved until every current section is ticked. The save row on the walk editor also lines up: buttons on one line, notify on the left and copy-link texts on the right of the next.

## At a glance

- Groups that turn the feature on see the standard heading and five sections unless they have already written their own
- New sites get that wording from defaults instead of an empty tab
- Walk Configuration lets the group edit the heading and the section list
- Each section on the Risk Assessment tab uses the same framed heading as Walk details page display
- The heading link to Head office group-walk guidance uses the current coronavirus advice page
- A walk cannot be approved until every configured section is confirmed
- Save, notify and copy-link controls on the walk editor sit on two aligned rows
