What's new
When an email configuration deletes or disables its recipients after the send, the composer now reloads the membership straight away, so those members no longer reappear when you go on to send the next email. Each recipient's result now says whether they really were deleted or removed from the group. The post-send action follows one simple rule: it applies to everyone who was selected, whether their email was sent, skipped for having no address, or failed, and cancelling a send means nobody is actioned. A new Then Run setting on each email configuration lets you name the configuration that normally follows it, so the composer offers "Continue to …" once a send completes, and warns when the second step is opened on its own.
At a glance
- Members deleted or disabled by a post-send action drop out of the recipient selection without reloading the page
- The per-recipient note reads Deleted from database or Not deleted from database (and Removed or Not removed from group) from the actual result
- Post-send actions apply to every selected member once the send finishes; a cancelled send actions nobody
- The recipients-will-be-deleted warning only shows when the action is in the Post-Send field, which is the only place it runs
- Mail Settings → Email Configurations → Member Selection And Actions gains a Then Run select
- After a send, the composer shows the next step and a Continue button that switches to that configuration with its recipients selected
- Opening a configuration that another one names as its next step shows a warning with a button to start from the first step
- The Pre-Send and Post-Send selects have their own ids, so their labels focus the right control
