Two things change that.\n\n- **Parish list report.** One row per parish, with the parish code and name, then the LFO, PFO and second PFO and their emails, in parish order. It answers \"who covers each parish in this group\", which the volunteer-centred view did not, and follows the group, authority and sector filters, with Copy and a spreadsheet download like every other report.\n- **Coordinators keep their own group up to date.** Anyone holding an active Group Coordinator role for a rights-of-way group can open the volunteers workspace from a button on their profile page. They see only their group's parishes, officers and assignments, on the Parishes, Volunteers and Reports screens, with the group filter locked to their group and the Parish list, Vacancies and Active role holders reports. They can assign, change and end officers for their own parishes with the same validation and audit trail as the area officer; the server refuses any change to a parish or assignment in another group. Contacts, the map, statistics, email and data management stay with the area officer.\n\n## At a glance\n\n- New Parish list report under Reports, one row per parish with its LFO, PFO and second PFO and their emails, with Copy and a spreadsheet download\n- Group coordinators open the volunteers workspace from their profile page and see and manage only their own group's parishes, officers and assignments\n- Contacts, the map, statistics, email and data management remain with the area officer","contentHtml":"
06-Sep-2026 — parish list report, and let a group coordinator keep their own group's parishes and #355
\n
build 879 — commit 8fe9ea6
\n
\n
What's new
\n
Groups send the area officer their officer lists as spreadsheets, each in its own layout, and comparing them is done by eye.
