What's new

Drafts saved in the email composer used to be reachable only from inside the composer, so they were easy to lose track of. The inbox now has a Drafts folder alongside Sent, Junk and Deleted. It lists your own drafts and any that other committee members have chosen to share, newest first, and clicking one opens it in the composer to carry on where you left off. Drafts that are not shared stay private to whoever wrote them.

At a glance

• New Drafts folder in the inbox folder list, with a count of the drafts you can see
• Each row shows whether the draft is yours or shared, the title and when it was last saved, and the search box filters them by title
• Clicking a draft opens it in the email composer
