What's new

When a site reads mail through a connected Gmail account, each committee role now warns you to keep that mail in the shared inbox. Sending a role to a personal address means the rest of the committee cannot see those replies together. If the role is not set to Catch-all, the warning includes a link that sets this role to Catch-all, which is how that role's mail reaches the connected Gmail inbox. Direct to inbox remains the recommended choice for the whole site, because every role stays in NGX and there is no Gmail account to manage.
