Video meeting minutes were labelling every line with the person whose device recorded the call, so a guest's speech came out as the host. Capture now stores speech under the person who actually spoke, using first names in the transcript and minutes when they are unique among attendees, and unlabelled speech is not blamed on the host when someone else is in the meeting. A shared screen is pinned as the large desktop view, and recipients see a Full screen prompt when someone is sharing.
The self-hosted video meeting machine is allowed to stop when nobody is using it, so it does not run at full cost around the clock. Fly only notices new web requests, not the audio and video of an open call, so it could shut the machine while people were still talking. While anyone is in an NGX meeting, the site now sends a small heartbeat so the machine stays up, and it is allowed to wind down again after the last person leaves.
