## What's new

Clicking a Contact Us link on the same site now opens the form. Empty `contact-us` query values no longer block the page. New links use `contact-us=true`. Committee Settings no longer warns that several roles share the same member when they are only set to (none). Contact Us stays a system role and is left out of that check.
