Guest joining instructions for video meetings are now stored as site content, in the same editor used for other admin wording. Empty text loads the standard Safari and Chrome guidance. Restore default in the editor toolbar, then save there. Invite emails and meeting invitations use that stored wording, and still fall back to the previous system setting or the standard text if nothing is saved yet.
