Choosing a list fills To. Large lists appear as one chip you can click to show each member. Unbranded extras (typed addresses) go in those same fields, not a separate section. When anyone is on To, Cc or Bcc the send is one email with those headers, using your chosen sender, not a Brevo campaign and not one copy per person.
