Whole-group lists like All Members cannot be chosen here. Pick a list and the address picker only offers the people on that list. Open the list chip and remove people, and the counts on the Recipients step follow who is actually on the email. On a phone you can drag a person from To to Cc or Bcc.\n\nOn a phone the composer actions sit on two rows: New, Save and Show on the first, then Back, Next, Send and Exit on the second. Maximise is hidden. The formatting tools stay away until you tap the paintbrush, and a chevron puts them away. The buttons, step circles and step name stay together as you scroll, with a little space between the buttons and the circles. The current step’s name sits under the circles, on the left. Clicking a step does not jump the page. Confirm send keeps its full wording. The Sender note can be closed with a small ×.\n\nFrom Compose, Send takes you to Confirm send rather than a second Send button.","contentHtml":"
28-Sep-2026 — make unbranded sending clearer on a phone and on the desktop ref #396
\n
build 973 — commit 525ec64
\n
\n
What's new
\n
Unbranded emails now open on the To, Cc and Bcc fields, with a clear choice of Select individual members or a committee-only mailing list such as Committee.
