## What's new

The email composer recipient fields, member chips and send path keep working together on a phone and on the desktop. A whole mailing list sits on To as one list chip; clicking it expands the people and switches to Specific members. Addresses stay out of a shared To when more than one recipient is not committee, whether or not the list is still combined. Chips qualify correctly, and unbranded sending still matches the clearer layout already on the site.
