Login and welcome emails sent from the composer to selected members now include a working Activate Your Account link, and they fill the member's user name in the same wording. Previously those people were treated as outside guests, so the link had nowhere to go even though Mail reports showed the send as accepted. After this is live, resend that login mail to anyone who received an empty link.
