Unbranded mail now starts with No greeting, so a shared send to several people is not split by first-name salutation unless you choose one.
Branded mail still starts with Hi first name. Switching branding applies that default; a saved draft keeps the greeting you already chose.
On an email type, Starting title sits with the other checkboxes. The label is Must change "Newsletter" subject before sending, using the current subject text.
If that title is still in place, the composer warning links to the Compose step so it can be changed before send.
