Switching branding applies that default; a saved draft keeps the greeting you already chose.\n- On an email type, **Starting title** sits with the other checkboxes. The label is **Must change \"Newsletter\" subject before sending**, using the current subject text.\n- If that title is still in place, the composer warning links to the Compose step so it can be changed before send.","contentHtml":"
01-Oct-2026 — default unbranded composer greeting to none ref #349
\n
build 985 — commit 179c671
\n
\n
What's new
\n
\n
Unbranded mail now starts with No greeting, so a shared send to several people is not split by first-name salutation unless you choose one.
\n
Branded mail still starts with Hi first name.
