## What's new

- The composer remembers Unbranded or Branded and restores that choice when you come back.
- Send stays on the step you are on for Confirm send, then moves to Send when you confirm.
- Switching from Branded to Unbranded clears the branded mailing list so Recipients starts empty.
- Compact "everyone" chips count as the full set in the stepper and Recipients chosen banner.
- Committee role chips keep their qualifier; the tooltip shows the address that will be used. Send to committee role addresses sits in the Recipients frame.
- Notifier messages such as Document imported scroll with the page. The stepper rule sits above step alerts.
- Email types can mark the subject as a starting title so Send is blocked until it has been changed.
