## What's new

Several admin screens showed an empty help box because the wording was never written onto newer sites. The site now carries a full set of generic in-app help, so a new environment has that text from the start, and existing sites that still have a blank editor get it filled in. Help a group has already written is left as it is. Expenses help points at the Claiming expenses how-to on the documentation site.
