After a claim is submitted, the first authorised person creates the payment in Unity and only then marks Payment created in Unity in NGX. That sends the other authorised person to Unity's awaiting-authorisation screen. Paid in NGX is now Authorised in Unity, and it is only offered after that first Unity step. The buttons, emails and on-screen help say not to tick NGX until the Unity work is actually done, and that NGX has no connection to Unity and does not send the money.\n\nThe expenses Help column continues with the Unity Trust Bank steps under the same heading, with the Unity mark beside that copy. Claimant text stays on how to add and submit a claim. Claim actions sit in one row with an icon and a short label. Payment created in Unity and Resubmit only appear when the claim has items.","contentHtml":"
09-Oct-2026 — match claim stages to Unity Trust Bank dual authorisation ref #422
\n
build 996 — commit 4b28028
\n
\n
What's new
\n
Expense claims now follow the two-person Unity Trust Bank payment.
