# 13-Oct-2026 — keep extra mailboxes and register senders as you add them [ref #364](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/issues/364)

## [build 1003](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/actions/runs/38480331196) — [commit a76d510](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/commit/a76d5108e4f70d79817fb04f1fc889f174141b5f)

## What's new

- On Committee Settings, the missing-senders warning only lists filled roles that have no outbound sender yet. Vacant roles and extra addresses on a role that already has a sender are not listed as a crisis.
- That warning can be dismissed, and it stays out of the way while a role is open for edit.
- Create Senders is offered only when the sending domain is authenticated, including a subdomain of an authenticated parent domain.
- On a role's Outbound Email tab, type a local part and click Add to save it immediately and register it in Brevo. If that sender is already there, the existing Brevo status alert is the only message.
- A short extra such as `chair` is kept when the generated role address is `chairman`.
- Click an existing address to edit the local part. Enter applies it (saves the role and registers the new sender). Clicking away, or Escape in that field, cancels the field edit without closing the role form.
- The remove control on an extra address is a small circle.
