Home photo carousels on a newly imported site no longer show a title bar or date captions above the pictures.
Decorative Ramblers-Webs graphics are left out of those carousels, so the first slide is a real photograph.
When the old site split one menu link across several fragments, the new site uses the full page title (for example Hillside Walking Festival) instead of a fragment such as "Ne".
Generic phrases such as "here on our web site" are replaced with a title taken from the page address, such as News or Calendar.
A heading no longer repeats the same photo as the hero image on the row beneath it.
Short page titles such as FAQs, News and About stay unchanged; repeated identical menu labels pointing at the same page are kept once.
