GitHub still warned on every native job because download-artifact@v6 and the previous setup-android pin declare Node 20. FORCE_JAVASCRIPT_ACTIONS_TO_NODE24 only forces those actions onto Node 24 and does not silence the warning. Ubuntu 24.04 pinning from this ticket is unchanged.
Use actions/upload-artifact@v7 and actions/download-artifact@v7, pin android-actions/setup-android to be39fa834029ff78f1a44aa3bb0819b8fc2bd8fd (v4.0.4), and drop the force-Node-24 env from the workflows that still had it. The lint check now fails if those old majors, the force env, or a different setup-android pin return.
