GitHub still warned on every native job because `download-artifact@v6` and the previous `setup-android` pin declare Node 20. `FORCE_JAVASCRIPT_ACTIONS_TO_NODE24` only forces those actions onto Node 24 and does not silence the warning. Ubuntu 24.04 pinning from this ticket is unchanged.

Use `actions/upload-artifact@v7` and `actions/download-artifact@v7`, pin `android-actions/setup-android` to `be39fa834029ff78f1a44aa3bb0819b8fc2bd8fd` (v4.0.4), and drop the force-Node-24 env from the workflows that still had it. The lint check now fails if those old majors, the force env, or a different `setup-android` pin return.
