Member administrators can enable View as another member in the member editor, including for themselves, then use the View as control beside the login controls to select a person or an assigned committee role and check the site with that member's permissions. Viewing as another member is read-only.
Hide the View as controls while keeping the selected profile active, then press Option–Shift–V on Mac or Alt–Shift–V on Windows and Linux to restore them. Choose Return to my profile to end the simulation.
Save privilege changes for any member and their active sessions update automatically, including sessions on other computers. The affected screen refreshes without requiring another login, and disconnected sessions catch up when they reconnect.
The startup screen uses the existing vector logo so the mark stays sharp on high-resolution displays.
While viewing as another member, Return to my profile stays available when the other View as controls are hidden.
Failed sign-ins show the server response without replacing an existing session with empty tokens or announcing a successful login.
